Empowering You to Find Joy Again

I currently counsel individual adults, 18 years and older. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change.

My cost of services is $120 an hour, with each session lasting 50 minutes.  I do not accept insurance.  A sliding scale is offered to a select few who are in financial need.
